Student Ministry Staff
Thanks for checking us out! In case you decide to come hang out with us one night, we want you to know something about us! These are the people who you will see leading, teaching, and serving in the many different parts of the Dallas Avenue Student Ministry. Each and every one of these staff members have a love for Christ that is contagious! Feel free to read their short bio, and then ask them a few questions when you meet them! Hope to see ya soon!!
Parents/Guardians - Each staff member at Dallas Avenue, whether paid or volunteer, has passed a background check. Your students safety is our priority.
Meet Mr. Bill. You can also call Mr. Bill “Doc” if you would like. When he isn't busy roping his goats or helping sew limbs back on to people in the E.R. he loves to minister to students. “Doc” teaches one of our Sunday School classes on Sunday mornings, and fills in as needed on Wednesday and Sunday nights.
Meet Tricia Threet. Tricia plays many roles in the DABC student ministries. She is super sharp on the numbers and logistics of everything that is happening. Trisha not only keeps attendance, but also fills in to lead a crew when needed. She enjoys spending time with her son.
Meet Dave Harris, he is the good looking guy of the guys. Dave leads a guys crew on Wednesday nights, and when he isn’t investing his time in students he enjoys fishing in his really awesome boat, or traveling the world with his wife Chi Chi.
Meet Jake Ledbetter. Jake is new to the student ministries, but not Dallas Avenue! Jake will be leading a boys crew. Jake loves to hang out with his wife, and he can easily be described as being “country as a cow turd”. Jake also enjoys working, trucks, and just about anything outdoors. The most important part about Jake though, is that loves Jesus!
Meet Cassandra. We don't really know where she came from, she just showed up one day and wouldn't leave. Just kidding she’s the youth guys wife. “Sassy” has a true desire to minister to students, when she has free time, she enjoys to run, hunt, or just hang out with her family. She will be serving as a girls crew leader this year
